Ferrous Solutions Inc. Names Innis Maggiore for Public Relations

CANTON, Ohio (June 28, 1999) - Ferrous Solutions Inc., a Canton, Ohio-based provider of custom-blended scrap materials and software solutions for steelmakers, announced today that it has selected Innis Maggiore Group of Canton as its public relations agency of record.

Innis Maggiore will provide ongoing public relations counsel for Ferrous. Terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.

Innis Maggiore Group Inc. is a regional advertising and public relations agency. The agency employs 26 people and reported 1998 capitalized billings of nearly $12 million, up more than 50 percent from the previous year. Some of Innis Maggiore's major clients include Republic Technologies International, Aultman Health Foundation, Oasis Floral Products, Square Two Golf, Akrochem Corp. and Alpha Enterprises. Innis Maggiore Group is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

Founded in 1996, Ferrous Solutions uses computer-modeling, sampling and quality control techniques to blend scrap mixes to customers' specifications. FSI also provides the Alchemist Scrap Management System, a software package that enables steel producers to manage their scrap operations more effectively.
