Franchise Development Services Natalies Sugarcane SP4Kids - FranSource

FranSource — an Innis Maggiore brand — now providing franchise development services to two new clients

FranSource is now providing franchise development services to Natalie’s Sugarcane & Desserts and Sensory Pathways 4 Kids (SP4K).

CANTON, Ohio (Sept. 29, 2025) — FranSource, the nation’s leading full-service franchise development consulting company, today announced it is providing franchise development services to two new clients, Natalie’s Sugarcane & Desserts in Seattle and Sensory Pathways 4 Kids (SP4Kids) in Denver.

FranSource, a brand of Innis Maggiore, the nation’s leading positioning ad agency, is providing specialized franchise development services to differentiate Natalie’s and SP4Kids in their respective market segments.

Natalie’s Sugarcane & Desserts specializes in fresh-pressed Vietnamese sugarcane drinks, Asian-inspired street food, specialty matcha beverages, milk teas, and smoothies. The company operates two corporate-affiliated locations in Seattle and Tukwila, Wash., is building out a third, and plans to open a fourth later this year. Natalie’s has two franchise models, one offering the full food and drinks menu and the other offering all the drinks but a reduced menu featuring select small plates.

SP4Kids offers specialized pediatric occupational therapy to help children with sensory, motor, behavioral, and coordination challenges reach their full potential. The company operates three corporate-affiliated clinics and plans to open a fourth later this year.

Natalie’s and SP4Kids are full franchise development clients, so FranSource is assisting the companies in developing their entire franchise operations. This includes the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Franchise Operations and Policies Manuals, Franchise Sales Development System, and much more.

“For brands like Natalie’s and SP4Kids, FranSource is a one-stop shop for all of the franchise development services they need,” said FranSource President Steve Vandegrift. “We roll up our sleeves and do the hard work it takes to make successful franchising as easy as possible for our clients. We look forward to continuing to work with these brands to help them achieve their expansion goals.”

Something that sets FranSource apart is its close connection with Innis Maggiore — the power of positioning strategy.

“Differentiation is a much-needed element for successful franchises,” said Vandegrift. “If you want to expand through franchising, a strong brand is foundational. Operations systems are key, but marketing and lead-generation systems are also critical. Our integration with Innis Maggiore provides our clients with a competitive advantage by further solidifying the brands with the positioning and marketing services our team offers.”
