Innis Maggiore Expands Advertising and E-Services Capabilities
CANTON, Ohio (April 16, 2001) -- Innis Maggiore Group, Inc., a leading regional advertising and public relations firm, today announced that it has expanded its advertising and e-services capabilities.
Jeff McMahan has been named account supervisor. He is responsible for advertising and marketing projects for a variety of Innis Maggiore clients.
McMahan had been an account supervisor at Marcus Thomas, LLC in Cleveland. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates in Akron, where he rose to the title of senior account manager.
McMahan has gained experience on a number of leading national and regional brands, including ALLTEL Communications, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Verisco Inc., Bendix Braking Systems and the NEC World Series of Golf.
McMahan holds an associate degree in visual communications from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He is a resident of Massillon.
Dini Castronova has been named media director. She is responsible for media planning and buying for clients and developing a compelling media story for new business efforts.
Castronova was most recently a media planner/buyer for Marcus Thomas in Cleveland. Prior to that, she was a media planner/buyer at Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates in Akron and Marc Advertising in Pittsburgh.
Castronova has bought and managed media for a number of regional and national clients, including ALLTEL Communications, Rite-Aid Pharmacy, Humility of Mary Health System and Carter Lumber.
She holds a bachelor's degree in advertising/public relations from Youngstown State University and is a resident of McDonald, Ohio.
Alyssa Papadopulos has been named copywriter. She is responsible for developing concepts and copy for various client projects.
Papadopulos was most recently a media/marketing strategist for Whitemyer Advertising in Zoar. Prior to that, she was a junior copywriter at Crowl, Montgomery and Clark in North Canton.
She holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from Kent State University and is a resident of Canton.
Jeff Rios has been named IT manager. He is responsible for maintaining agency computers and networking systems.
Rios was most recently a partner at Dog-Ear Development, an independent software firm in Barberton, Ohio. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Advanstar Communications, Inc., in Cleveland, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in information technology.
Rios has gained experience on a number of projects including designing and developing Job Pointer, a commercial product that was released in 1998.
He attended Kent State University and is a resident of Barberton, Ohio.
John O'Donnell has been promoted to web programmer/IT specialist in the agency's creative department. O'Donnell will be responsible for programming databases and other interactive components of web sites and their support systems.
A resident of Canton, O'Donnell was previously systems manager. Prior to joining Innis Maggiore in October 1998, he was a software tester for Lexis-Nexis in Dayton, Ohio, and before that was a data center operator for Mead Inc., also in Dayton.
O'Donnell earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Dayton.
