A 2013 Kent State University graduate, Trautman was employed as an IT user support analyst while earning a bachelor's degree in computer science. A Randolph native, he trained in systems administration as well as web development. Prior to joining Innis Maggiore, he was with TMW Systems in Cleveland where he worked on new web development for an enterprise application's framework.
