Crown Divisions Names Innis Maggiore for Advertising, PR

WOOSTER, Ohio (February 4, 1999) - Crown Divisions has selected Innis Maggiore Group, an advertising and public relations firm based in Canton, Ohio, as its agency of record.

Innis Maggiore will provide a range of marketing services for Crown, a leading North American supplier of vehicle upfitting systems and fabricated metal enclosures. Terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.

Innis Maggiore Group Inc. is a regional advertising and public relations agency. The agency employs 26 people and reported 1998 capitalized billings of nearly $12 million, up more than 50 percent from the previous year. Innis Maggiore's other major clients include Republic Technologies International, Camelot Music, Aultman Health Foundation, Oasis Floral Products, Preferred Rubber Compounding, Square Two Golf, Akrochem Corp. and Alpha Enterprises. Innis Maggiore Group is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

Crown is a division of TransPro, Inc. (NASDAQ: TPR) of New Haven, Conn., a $300 million company that manufactures and distributes heat transfer components to the after market and supplies custom fabricated heavy truck radiators to OEMs. Crown's sales were nearly $50 million in 1998.
