Innis Maggiore Honors Mothers at Mother's Day Luncheon

CANTON, Ohio (May 11, 2001) -- Innis Maggiore Group, a leading regional advertising and public relations firm, honored their mothers today at a Mother's Day Luncheon to thank them for their contribution to the agency's success.

Agency President and Chief Executive Officer, Dick Maggiore, addressed the group and credited the women with teaching their children humor, compassion, creativity and values - characteristics that have contributed to the growth of the agency.

Mothers received invitations to the luncheon in brown paper lunch bags that declared, "After decades of packing our lunch, we?re finally returning the favor." Far from a brown-bag lunch, the elegant meal, catered by The Personal Touch of Massillon, was served beneath a canopy outside the agency's Jackson Township office. As the event drew to a close, mothers received a delicate plant in a hand-painted pot, created especially for them by their son or daughter.

"We have a wonderfully talented group of people here," Maggiore said. "It seemed only appropriate that we use those talents to create a special event to recognize the women who have done so much for us."
