Innis Maggiore Plans to Expand With Youngstown-Area Office
CANTON, Ohio (April 23, 2001) -- Innis Maggiore Group today announced plans to expand its advertising and public relations practice by opening an office in the Youngstown, Ohio area.
The office will be led by Dan J. Pecchia, an Innis Maggiore vice president and one of the firm's principal owners. Pecchia is a lifelong Youngstown-area resident and former Vindicator business editor.
"The progress taking shape in the Mahoning and Shenango valleys has created a greater need for high-end public relations and advertising counsel," said Richard V. Maggiore, president and chief executive officer at Canton-based Innis Maggiore. "We believe this market is underserved, and we're confident that the strengths that have benefited our clients in the Canton/Cleveland region will also benefit companies in the Youngstown/Pittsburgh corridor."
The office will open during the second quarter of 2001 with three individuals, and then will increase staff as business grows. Several key accounts will be relocated to the new office. The location has not been finalized.
