Innis Maggiore promotes Leroux; Scott and Snyder start advertising agency internships

Canton, Ohio (Jan. 29, 2026) - Innis Maggiore, the nation's leading positioning ad agency, today announced Lauren Leroux’s promotion to media and digital marketing manager. In addition, Olivia Scott and Sean Snyder began their spring advertising agency internships.

After interning with the agency in 2023, Leroux returned full-time in May 2024 to serve as a media and digital marketing specialist. As a media and digital marketing manager, she will assume more responsibility within the department as she amplifies awareness and engagement for clients through organic and paid social media, traditional and digital platforms, analytics reporting, SEO optimization, and media planning and buying.

In her new role, Leroux looks forward to assisting in leading Innis Maggiore’s media department, collaborating more with others, including time spent mentoring those involved in the advertising agency internship program.

Scott, a media and digital marketing intern, will report to Alyssa Laubacher, media and digital marketing manager. She will immerse herself in social media management, Google Ads training, digital analytics, and SEO strategy. A student at Kent State University, Scott will earn her degree in public relations with a double minor in advertising and communications upon graduation this spring.

During his advertising agency internship, Snyder will serve as a PR intern and will report to PR and Content Marketing Manager Merce Brown. He will engage with innovative PR tools such as Critical Mention and develop media relations strategies while sharpening his proficiencies in content creation. Snyder is a senior at Walsh University, where he studies professional writing and English.
