Innis Maggiore Strengthens Client Services with Promotions, Staff Additions

CANTON, Ohio (Oct. 30, 2008) - Dick Maggiore, president and CEO of advertising and public relations agency Innis Maggiore, announced the firm's latest staff enhancements to continue its growth as the nation's leading agency in the practice of positioning.

Maggiore detailed three recent hirings and three promotions, each executed to strengthen the agency's services for advertising, public relations and web clients.

Sarah Bilhardt has joined Innis Maggiore as director of web and interactive, while Donna Shelley was promoted to vice president strategic communications, Jack Wollitz has become director of public relations and Jim Cyphert was elevated to senior account supervisor. In addition, the agency announced the hiring of Joe Franz as account executive and Melissa Suarez as account representative public relations.

Bilhardt leads the agency's fast-growing web and interactive department. Most recently with American Greetings as "business owner" of its Care Bears© T.C.F.C., Twisted Whiskers© AGC, and other intellectual properties, she brings strong experience in defining scope and purpose for web projects. Innis Maggiore's design and development associates report to Bilhardt. She is a graduate of Ohio University and completed post-graduate studies at Kent State University and Baldwin Wallace College.

Shelley previously was Innis Maggiore's director public relations. In her new role at the agency, she will lead development of relationships with tech-based businesses and economic development organizations, as well as continue in account supervision for a variety of clients. She attended Purdue University and graduated from Ohio State University.

Wollitz, formerly general manager of Innis Maggiore's Youngstown office, is now director of public relations. He joined the agency in 2002, became general manager of the agency's Youngstown office in 2005, and is a graduate of Youngstown State University.

Cyphert joined Innis Maggiore in 2001 and was an account supervisor in the Youngstown office before being named senior account supervisor. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University.

Franz, formerly director of communications at First Christian Church, Canton, is the agency's lead representative on several major accounts. He is a graduate of the University of Akron. Suarez recently graduated from Walsh University. She brings previous experience gained at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Shannon English Marketing.
