Innis Maggiore Adds Associates in Design and New Media Disciplines
Nation's Leading Specialist in Positioning Responds to Continued Growth
CANTON, Ohio (November 1, 2007) - Innis Maggiore, the nation's leading agency in the practice of positioning, announces the addition of three new associates, including an addition in the area of new media expertise. The new hires are:
- Tim Hertel - Senior Art Director - Hertel brings a comprehensive background in art direction, graphic design, Internet design, and illustration, as well as experience in overseeing an Internet development team. His role at Innis Maggiore will involve translating strategically relevant concepts into designs that reinforce the client's marketing position. Formerly the director of internet operations and senior art director at WRL Advertising, Inc., Hertel received his bachelor's degree in fine art/design illustration from Kent State University. He has been the winner of numerous Addy and Create awards for design, illustration, packaging, website development and logo design.
- James Alayamini - Account Planner New Media - Alayamini contributes to the new media knowledge base of Innis Maggiore. He comes to the agency from Modegy, a marketing communications firm that he started in 2006, offering web, e-commerce, print and direct marketing expertise. Prior to starting his own firm, Alayamini was vice president of marketing and business development for Phone Zone, Inc. He will receive his bachelor's degree from The University of Akron in December, with majors in marketing/e-advertising, media communications and radio/TV. Alayamini was the winner of an award from the prestigious Fitzgerald Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, given for demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Linda Baney - Production Manager - Baney joins Innis Maggiore with a strong background in production management. Her most recent position was as marketing communications coordinator with Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A., in Akron. She has served as production coordinator for Clayman Advertising in Akron and Alside in Cuyahoga Falls. She received her bachelor's degree from Kent State University.
