Media Director

Innis Maggiore is seeking a Media Director

Can you read the paper and some magazines … and watch TV (both corded and cord-cutted) … listen to the radio … browse the web and check social … drive by billboards … and go through your mail … all at the same time? That’s a good start.

America's #1 Positioning Ad Agency is seeking an experienced, dynamic Media Director with a strong foundation in brand and lead-generation media planning for B2C and B2B.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in strategizing, planning, and executing digital and offline campaigns while managing a multi-disciplined team of media specialists.

It will help if you like charts with several colors, pouring over metrics and ruthlessly squeezing the best rates and special add-ons from media reps. Here are the other duties:

  • Analyze and develop the advertising “playbook” matched to client goals and budgets
  • Convincingly communicate media strategies
  • Stay abreast of new media trends, comfortable with the latest tech tools, social media platforms, and distribution channels
  • Make decisions and delegate tasks ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and on budget

Before you email your resume with salary in strict confidence to our President about your interest in this position, you should also know this isn’t the free-lunch-with-vendors place as much as the get-things-done-the-right-way-for-our-clients place!

You will receive a competitive compensation package including healthcare, holidays, paid time off, 401(k) with match, very comfortable environment, great team, latest tools, plus hard and software. The agency sponsors continuing education, personal wellness, and financial educational programs and other events that bring associates and our community together.

This position is on-site/in-person.
