CANTON, Ohio (May 27, 2024) - Innis Maggiore, the nation’s leading positioning ad agency, today announced multiple personnel moves as well as three interns. Alyssa Laubacher was promoted to media and digital marketing manager, and Lauren Moses was hired as a media and digital marketing specialist. Emily Haught, Anna Hjerpyn, and Lindsay Noland were selected for the summer advertising company internship program.
Laubacher first joined Innis Maggiore as a digital marketing specialist in 2022. She will be responsible for the agency’s digital implementation, analytics reporting, and media planning and strategy for clients. She is also Google search and analytics certified and Meta digital marketing and social media marketing certified. Laubacher graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on advertising and public relations.
Hired to fill Laubacher’s position, Moses will assist with media plans, research, analytics reporting, SEO optimizations, and campaign monitoring. A participant in the advertising company internship program, she first joined Innis Maggiore in 2023 as a digital marketing intern before working as the marketing coordinator for Olde Wood Limited. Moses studied marketing and data analytics at Walsh University, where she was also a member of the track and field team.
Haught, a public relations intern, will report to Merce Brown, PR and content marketing manager. As part of her advertising company internship, she will help manage client information and relationships through media analytics, content creation, and client research and strategy. Haught attends Grove City College, where she is majoring in entrepreneurship with a marketing minor.
Working as a web design intern, Hjerpyn will report directly to Jeremy Smith, web director. She will spend her advertising company internship contributing to various web projects, where she will practice complex problem-solving. She will also hone her skills in server-based languages like PHP. A recent graduate, Hjerpyn received her bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Ohio State University, where she was named to the dean’s list.
Noland joins the agency as a client services intern under the direction of Tony Bell, executive director of client services. She will utilize her skills in effective communication, team collaboration, and relationship building as she works alongside the client services team during her advertising company internship. Noland is a marketing major at The University of Akron, where she is involved in the Emerging Leaders Program.
“As we continue strengthening our media department and welcoming interns eager to learn through our advertising company internship, we’re reminded that the success of the agency and its clients depends on innovation,” said Mark Vandegrift, Innis Maggiore president. “We’re excited to watch Alyssa and Lauren lead in their new roles and to see our interns as they learn about positioning and grow more confident in their marketing skills.”
