Albex Names Innis Maggiore Group for Advertising and PR

CANTON, Ohio (January 8, 1999) - Albex Aluminum, Inc. has selected Innis Maggiore Group, an advertising and public relations firm based in Canton, Ohio, as its agency of record.

Innis Maggiore will provide a range of marketing services for Albex, a leading Midwest supplier of aluminum extrusions and cast billets. Terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.

Innis Maggiore Group Inc. is a regional advertising and public relations agency that employs 28 people. The agency's billings in 1997 were nearly $7 million, up 47 percent from billings in the prior year.

Albex Aluminum, Inc. is a leading regional supplier of aluminum extrusions and cast billets. Its products are used in the manufacture of truck trailer bodies, electronic equipment, appliances, stadium seating, landscaping equipment and other products. Albex employs approximately 200 people at its plant and principal offices in Canton, Ohio. It is a unit of RVM Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RVMI), an Akron-based company whose holdings also include Ravens, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of aluminum flatbed truck trailers; and Signs and Blanks, Inc., a growing manufacturer of aluminum traffic control and safety signs.
