NancyLopezGolf, Lady Fairway Select Innis Maggiore as Agency of Record

CANTON, Ohio (December 7, 2000) -- NancyLopezGolf, a leading brand of premium women's golf equipment, and Lady Fairway, a leading supplier of women's golf shoes, have both named Innis Maggiore Group as agency of record.

Innis Maggiore will provide a range of public relations and advertising services for the two women's golf companies. Terms were not disclosed.

NancyLopezGolf, which is closely associated with golf superstar Nancy Lopez, was recently acquired by Square Two Golf (Nasdaq: GOLF), Fairfield, N.J., a leading supplier of women's golf equipment and an Innis Maggiore client since early 1998. Lady Fairway, based in Tampa, Fla., recently agreed to be acquired by Square Two.

After a review, Innis Maggiore also remains the agency of record for the Square Two brand of value golf equipment for women. Square Two Golf, established in 1974, markets women's and men's golf clubs and related equipment throughout the United States. Square Two is one of the leading value brands among women golfers and, through an agreement with the Ladies Professional Golf Association, holds the exclusive right to use the LPGA logo on its women's clubs and promotional materials.

Innis Maggiore Group, a regional advertising and public relations agency, has 26 associates and reported 1999 capitalized billings of more than $12.5 million. Based in Canton, Ohio, Innis Maggiore is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.
