Innis Maggiore among 2024 ADDY award winners

CANTON, Ohio (March 5, 2024) — Innis Maggiore, the nation’s leading positioning ad agency, today announced it is among the 2024 ADDY award winners named by the American Advertising Federation’s Akron chapter.

Innis Maggiore earned a Silver ADDY in the Special Event Material category for items promoting the Canton Museum of Art’s annual Art Inspires Gala, entitled “Art is Life.” The campaign featured several components, including a save-the-date postcard, invitation, poster, print ad, and event program.

For its 2023 fundraising efforts, the Canton Museum of Art wanted to embody the theme with an immersive experience. Guests enjoyed an evening steeped in the arts with active artmaking, live music, poetry readings, and an exclusive preview of new exhibits. Innis Maggiore extended this theme into the event materials with artwork from featured figurative and abstract painter Amy Pleasant.

Innis Maggiore has worked on the Canton Museum of Art’s annual fundraising gala for several years, which has included the multi-award-winning campaign “Dancing in the Light.”

Local ADDY award winners were honored at the Akron Civic Theatre. The industry’s largest creative competition nationally, the American Advertising Awards celebrate the spirit of excellence in advertising and recognize the best work from regional professionals and students from more than 30,000 entries.
