Innis Maggiore Group Announces Key Appointments

CANTON, Ohio (November 6, 2002) - Innis Maggiore Group, a regional integrated communications agency, announces three key staff appointments as the latest step to enhance its portfolio of services to clients.

Lorraine Kessler has been appointed vice president, Client Services. Kessler, previously director, Marketing Communications at the agency, will focus on developing effective business strategies for clients and will initiate and lead concept development. Kessler will also continue her role as the lead for key agency accounts.

Innis Maggiore also made two staff additions to continue growing its full-service public relations capabilities.

Jennifer Samuel joins the agency as senior account supervisor, Public Relations. She is responsible for strategy and oversight of client public relations programs. Most recently, Samuel was the director of public relations for Lucent Technologies' Mobility Solutions Group in New Jersey. For more than ten years, she conducted media and public relations programs for Lucent as well as AT&T Corp. in the U.S. and Europe. Samuel has a bachelor's degree in communication from Bowling Green State University and currently resides in Canfield, Ohio.

Amanda Todorovich of Brunswick Hills, Ohio, fills the newly created position of account coordinator in the Innis Maggiore public relations department. She will assist in the day-to-day execution of client public relations programs. Todorovich received her Master of Arts in communication studies from The University of Akron and is a 2000 graduate of Ohio Northern University. Her previous experience in marketing and public relations includes positions at Osborn International and Wyse Landau Public Relations.

"These are very exciting times for our agency," said Dick Maggiore, president and CEO, Innis Maggiore Group. "We continue to enhance and sharpen our strategic focus to deliver superior products and services to our clients."

Innis Maggiore has tripled in size since 1997 and forecasts $24 million in capitalized billings for 2002.

In September, the agency expanded its operations eastward and opened an office in Pittsburgh with the acquisition of Beswick Communications, Inc., a public relations consulting firm. The acquisition of Beswick Communications will serve as a local hub to provide a full range of integrated communications services to clients in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area.

Innis Maggiore Group is an advertising and public relations firm employing nearly 60 associates with offices in Canton and Youngstown, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pa. Key clients include Aultman Health Foundation, Brewster Dairy, Liquid Control Corp., Louisiana-Pacific Corp., Microsoft Corp., NancyLopez Golf, Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM), Nickles Bakery, Parker Hannifin, Progressive Foam Technologies, Rainbow Rentals, Republic Engineered Products, Smithers-Oasis Co., Square Two Golf and Waikem Auto Group.
